about Natureboy
Natureboy is Dave Noble, a quiet little fellow who makes music in his garden shed studio. He plays guitar, double bass, sitar and lots of other instruments, and sings too.
Natureboy's sound defies easy categories and he's not afraid to cross the musical boundaries of folk, pop, jazz and world music.
Natureboy has released four albums and recorded and performed with a host of other artists, including the acclaimed soul singer Alice Russell. They perform together and released the Natureboy single ‘Sweet is the Air’.
His tracks have been released by a range of labels from Tru Thoughts, Big Chill to Jazz FM, Music for Dreams etc...
Natureboy has performed live in the UK and abroad, including Glastonbury, The Jazz Cafe, Ronnie Scott's etc…

Natureboy is excited about putting together an album with long time collaborator Jali Fily Cissokho (kora maestro). When the time is right, they are hoping to get into the studio for a live album recording.
Lately Natureboy has been pleased to get back into his little studio, re-discovering various instruments lying around and putting together some tunes that will be shared here soon.
